Detailed List of Types, Scale Criteria, and Standards for Socialized Facilities in the Fields of Education and Training, Vocational Training, Health Care, Culture, Sports, and Environment

PRIME MINISTER

         Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

         Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2008/ND-CP dated May 30, 2008 of the Government on Policies Encouraging Socialization in the Fields of Education, Vocational Training, Health Care, Culture, Sports, and Environment;

         Upon consideration of the proposals of the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Minister of Health, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment,

DECISION:

         Article 1The detailed list of types, scale criteria, and standards for socialized facilities in the fields of education and training, vocational training, health care, culture, sports, and environment, which are eligible for policies encouraging socialization development as stipulated in Decree No. 69/2008/ND-CP dated May 30, 2008 of the Government, is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

         During implementation, the lists specified in Article herein will be reviewed, adjusted, and supplemented to ensure their suitability with the requirements of socialization and the country's socio-economic development.

         Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

         Article 3. The Ministers of Education and Training, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Natural Resources and Environment, within their respective functions of state management assigned, are responsible for guiding specific standards and conditions for establishing socialized facilities and the priority order in each field within the list promulgated together with this Decision.

         Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
