DECREE
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 17 OF FEBRUARY 16, 1947
CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated November 14, 1945, establishing the Department of Agriculture;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture;
After the Council of Ministers has agreed,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
The Land Reclamation and Resettlement Office under the Agricultural Administration is hereby reorganized into the Land Reclamation and Resettlement Department under the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 2
The organization of the Land Reclamation and Resettlement Department shall be determined by a decree of the Minister of Agriculture.
Article 3
The Land Reclamation and Resettlement Department shall be headed by a Director, who shall have one or more Deputy Directors assisting him.
Article 4
The Director and Deputy Director shall be appointed by a decree of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers.
Article 5
The Minister of Agriculture and the Minister of Finance shall implement this decree.
