RESOLUTION
On the organizational structure of the Government for the 2021-2026 tenure of the 15th National Assembly

Based on the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, which has been amended and supplementedcertain articles pursuant to Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government No. 76/2015/QH13, which has been amended and supplementedcertain articles pursuant to Law No. 47/2019/QH14;
Based on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions promulgated together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
Based on the Report No. 55/TTr-CP dated January 28, 2025 of the Government on the organizational structure of the Government for the 2021-2026 tenure of the 15th National Assembly;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
The organizational structure of the Government for the 2021-2026 tenure of the 15th National Assembly includes 14 Ministries and 03 ministerial-level agencies:
1. Ministry of National Defense;
2. Ministry of Public Security;
3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
4. Ministry of Home Affairs;
5. Ministry of Justice;
6. Ministry of Finance;
7. Ministry of Industry and Trade;
8. Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
9. Ministry of Construction;
10. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
11. Ministry of Science and Technology;
12. Ministry of Education and Training;
13. Ministry of Health;
14. Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Religion;
15. State Bank of Vietnam;
16. Government Inspectorate;
17. Office of the Government.
Article 2
1. This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly and shall replace Resolution No. 08/2021/QH15 dated July 23, 2021 of the National Assembly on the organizational structure of the Government for the 2021-2026 tenure of the 15th National Assembly.
2. The Ministries and ministerial-level agencies specified in Article 1 of this Resolution shall officially commence operations from March 1, 2025.
3. The Ministries and ministerial-level agencies within the organizational structure of the Government for the 2021-2026 tenure of the 15th National Assembly as stipulated in Resolution No. 08/2021/QH15 of the National Assembly shall continue their operations until February 28, 2025.

This Resolution was adopted by the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 9th extraordinary session on February 18, 2025.
