Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/ND-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2005/ND-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on management of investment construction projects and Decree No. 112/2006/ND-CP dated September 29, 2006 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 16/2005/ND-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on management of investment construction projects;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/1999/ND-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government promulgating the Investment and Construction Management Regulation; Decree No. 12/2000/ND-CP dated May 5, 2000 and Decree No. 07/2003/ND-CP dated January 30, 2003 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of the Investment and Construction Management Regulation;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. These Interim Regulations on Management of Investment Projects Using State Capital Under the Management of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Heads of Units under the Ministry, Project Investors, and related organizations are responsible for implementing this decision.
