DECISION
ISSUING THE PROGRAM ON NECESSARY TRAINING FOR VIETNAMESE WORKERS BEFORE GOING ABROAD TO WORK
MINISTER OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Workers Going Abroad under Contracts dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department for Overseas Labor Management,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate with this Decision the "Program on Necessary Training for Vietnamese Workers Before Going Abroad to Work".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Department for Overseas Labor Management, Provincial Departments of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs under central cities are responsible for guiding, inspecting the implementation of the program on necessary training for Vietnamese workers before going abroad to work, and handling violations according to the law.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department for Overseas Labor Management, Directors of state-owned enterprises and public institutions, organizations and individuals investing abroad sending Vietnamese workers to work overseas, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
