Issuing the Training Program for Teachers

Teaching Jrai, Khmer, and Mong Languages Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending Point b, Clause 13, Article 13 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 of the Government on teaching and learning ethnic minority languages and scripts in general education institutions and regular education centers;

Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 50/2011/TTLT-BGDĐT-BNV-BTC dated November 3, 2011 of the Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Decree No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 of the Government on teaching and learning ethnic minority languages and scripts in general education institutions and regular education centers;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Training Program for Teachers Teaching Jrai, Khmer, and Mong Languages.

At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and School Management Officer Department,

1. The Training Program for Teachers Teaching Jrai Language;

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Training Programs for Teachers Teaching Ethnic Minority Languages, including:

2. The Training Program for Teachers Teaching Khmer Language;

3. The Training Program for Teachers Teaching Mong Language.

This Circular takes effect from July 16, 2013.

Article 2. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Teachers and School Management Staff, Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Principals of teacher training colleges, principals of normal universities, directors of universities with normal faculties, and principals of universities with teacher education departments are responsible for implementing this Circular./.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Teacher and Educational Institution Manager Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Principals of teacher training colleges and normal universities, Directors of universities with normal universities, and Principals of universities with education faculties are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
