"1. Organizations and individuals are permitted to exchange genetic material from rare and valuable livestock breeds including: live animals, eggs, semen, embryos, larvae, and other genetic materials derived from rare and valuable livestock."

Documents issued by competent authorities or organizations authorized by the exporting country's competent authority to confirm the origin, quality, and intended use of the breed shall be original or certified copies provided by the importing entity and a Vietnamese translation certified by the importing entity."
