RESOLUTION

Approves the proposal of the National Election Council Chairman

regarding the list of Vice Chairmen of the National Election Council and

Members of the National Election Council

OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13 amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to the Law on Elections of Deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils No. 85/2015/QH13;

Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 211/2025/QH15 dated June 25, 2025 of the National Assembly on the establishment of the National Election Council;

Pursuant to the proposal of the National Election Council Chairman in Report No. 01/TTr-CTHĐBCQG-m dated June 25, 2025;

Pursuant to the Minutes of the ballot counting on June 26, 2025 regarding the results of approving the proposal of the National Election Council Chairman on the list of Vice Chairmen and Members of the National Election Council,

RESOLUTION:

Article 1

Approves the proposal of the National Election Council Chairman, the following gentlemen and ladies are Vice Chairmen of the National Election Council:

1. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Central Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, is the Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Election Council concurrently Head of the Personnel Sub-Committee.

2. Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Member of the Politburo, Deputy Prime Minister is Vice Chairman of the National Election Council.

3. Mr. Do Van Chien, Member of the Politburo, Central Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee is Vice Chairman of the National Election Council.

4. Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Central Committee Member, Vice President is Vice Chairman of the National Election Council.

Article 2

Approves the proposal of the National Election Council Chairman, the following gentlemen and ladies are Members of the National Election Council:

1. Mr. Le Minh Hung, Member of the Politburo, Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Party Organization Central Committee, Member.

2. Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Member of the Politburo, Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Member.

3. Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Member of the Politburo, Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Member.

4. Mr. Pham Van Giang, Member of the Politburo, Minister of Defense, Member.

5. Mr. Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Politburo, Minister of Public Security, Member.

6. Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh, Central Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Member concurrently Head of the Legislation and Grievance Handling Sub-Committee.

7. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai, Central Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Member concurrently Head of the Information and Propaganda Sub-Committee.

8. Mr. Tran Quang Phuong, Central Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Member concurrently Head of the Security and Social Order Assurance Sub-Committee.

9. Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Central Committee Member, Minister of Home Affairs, Deputy Head of the Party Organization Central Committee, Member.

10. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Central Committee Member, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Head of the Committee for Representative Work of the National Assembly, Deputy Head of the Party Organization Central Committee, Member.

11. Mr. Le Quang Tung, Central Committee Member, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Secretary-General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office concurrently Chief of the National Election Council Office, Member.

12. Mr. Lam Van Man, Central Committee Member, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Ethnic Council of the National Assembly from July 1, 2025 according to Resolution No. 214/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly, Member.

13. Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Central Committee Member, Chairman of the Vietnam Women's Union, Member.

14. Mr. Bui Quang Huy, Alternate Central Committee Member, First Secretary of the Communist Youth Central Committee, Member.

Article 3

This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.

This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 15th term, the 9th session on June 26, 2025.
