which has been amended and supplemented by Circular No. 24/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated June 29, 2012,

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to amend and supplement the priority subjects prescribed in point a Clause 1 and point a Clause 2 Article 7 of the University and College Regular System Admissions Regulation issued together with Circular No. 09/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated March 5, 2012 by the Minister of Education and Training which has been amended and supplemented by Circular No. 24/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated June 29, 2012, Circular No. 03/2013/TT-BGDĐT dated March 20, 2013 and Circular No. 21/2013/TT-BGDĐT dated June 18, 2013 by the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing the priority subjects prescribed in point a Clause 1 and point a Clause 2 Article 7 of the University and College Regular System Admissions Regulation issued together with Circular No. 09/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated March 5, 2012 by the Minister of Education and Training which has been amended and supplemented by Circular No. 24/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated June 29, 2012, Circular No. 03/2013/TT-BGDĐT dated March 20, 2013 and Circular No. 21/2013/TT-BGDĐT dated June 18, 2013 by the Minister of Education and Training as follows:
1. Amending and supplementing the priority subjects prescribed in point a Clause 1 Article 7 as follows:
a) Supplementing the priority subjects into subject 03, including:
“+ Mother Vietnam Heroic;
+ Person engaged in revolutionary activities before January 1, 1945;
+ Person engaged in revolutionary activities from January 1, 1945 to the August Revolution in 1945;
+ Person engaged in anti-war resistance contaminated by chemical agents;
+ Person engaged in revolutionary activities, anti-war resistance captured and imprisoned by the enemy;
+ Person engaged in anti-war resistance for national liberation, protecting the country and performing international duties;
+ Person who has contributed to revolutionary activities”.
b) Amending the priority subject "children of persons engaged in revolutionary activities from January 1, 1945 to before the General Uprising on August 19, 1945" under subject 04 to "children of persons engaged in revolutionary activities from January 1, 1945 to the August Revolution in 1945".
c) Supplementing the priority subjects into subject 04, including:
“+ Children of Hero Labor in the Anti-War Resistance period;
+ Children of those involved in revolutionary or resistance movements captured and imprisoned by the enemy.
+ Children of persons engaged in anti-war resistance for national liberation, protecting the country and performing international duties;
+ Children of persons who have contributed to revolutionary activities”.
2. Supplementing the priority subjects into point a Clause 2 Article 7:
“Hero Labor in the Anti-War Resistance period”.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 19, 2013.
Article 3. Director of the Office, Inspector General, Director of the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance, Director of the Higher Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Ministers of Ministries, Heads of agencies at the level of ministries and agencies under the Government; Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees; Directors of provincial education and training departments; Directors of universities and academies; Principals of university and college institutions are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
