CIRCULAR

Repealing certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Health

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015;Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;Government The Minister of Health issues this Circular to repeal certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Health.Repeal all regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Health as follows:a B1. Circular No. 29/2016/TT-BYT dated June 30, 2016 of the Minister of Health stipulating national technical standards for ionizing radiation exposure limits at workplaces.

2. Circular No. 30/2016/TT-BYT dated June 30, 2016 of the Minister of Health stipulating national technical standards for X-ray exposure limits at workplaces. Repeal the hygiene welfare standard, X-ray exposure standard, and radioactive standard in the Labor Hygiene Standard accompanying Decision No. 3733/2002/QĐ-BYT dated October 10, 2002 of the Minister of Health.

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

issues this Circular detailing the activities and work relationships of Medical Expert Boards at all levels.This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2017. The Head of the Legal Department, Director of the Ministry's Office, Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, and Directors of General Departments under the Ministry of Health, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.DEPUTY MINISTER OF HEALTH

This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2026.

Repeal the following legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Health:

1. Circular No. 29/2016/TT-BYT dated June 30, 2016, of the Minister of Health stipulating national technical standards on ionizing radiation - Limits for exposure to ionizing radiation at workplaces.

2. Circular No. 30/2016/TT-BYT dated June 30, 2016, of the Minister of Health stipulating national technical standards on X-ray radiation - Limits for exposure to X-ray radiation at workplaces.

Article 2. Repealing part of legal normative documents

Repeal the hygiene welfare standard, X-ray radiation standard - Criteria, and radioactive standard in the Labor Hygiene Standard issued together with Decision No. 3733/2002/QĐ-BYT dated October 10, 2002, of the Minister of Health.

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2017.

Article 4. Organization of Implementation

The Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, and General Directors of the Departments, Bureaus, and General Departments under the Ministry of Health, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
