Issuing the Boarding Regulations for Students and Trainees of Regular Programs at Universities, Colleges, and Vocational Schools

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 25, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Residence Law dated November 29, 2006;
The Minister of Education and Training hereby promulgates the Boarding Regulations for students and trainees of regular programs at universities, colleges, and vocational schools.
Article 1. The Boarding Regulations for students and trainees of regular programs at universities, colleges, and vocational schools are issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 2, 2009 and replaces Decision No. 43/2002/QĐ-BGDĐT dated October 22, 2002 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the Boarding Student Affairs Regulations in universities, colleges, and vocational schools.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Department of Student Affairs, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Directors of provincial education and training departments, Directors of universities and academies, and Principals of universities, colleges, and vocational schools are responsible for implementing this Circular.
