Regarding the issuance of the Government's Action Program to implement the Law on Prevention and Control of Corruption

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Corruption dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 17/2005/NQ-CP dated December 29, 2005 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the General Inspector,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Action Program of the Government to implement the Law on Prevention and Control of Corruption is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. AThe Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
