in State Management Fields for the 2007-2010 Period

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 136/2001/QD-TTg dated September 17, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the Overall Program for Administrative Reform of the State Sector for the 2001-2010 Period;
Pursuant to Decision No. 94/2006/QD-TTg dated April 27, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the Plan for Administrative Reform for the 2006-2010 Period;
Considering the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Government Office.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Simplification of Administrative Procedures Program in State Management Fields for the 2007-2010 Period.
Article 2. The Government Office shall take the lead, monitor, and urge the Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, provincial People's Committees, and centrally governed city People's Committees to implement this Program.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Minister, Head of the Government Office, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of governmental agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and Chairpersons of centrally governed city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
