Regarding the permission to apply five rapid quality food safety testing trials on-site

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decision No. 1613/BYT-QD dated 15/5/2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Based on Decree No. 86/CP dated 08/11/1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for managing the quality of goods;
Based on Decision No. 1052/2002/QĐ-BYT dated 29/3/2002 of the Minister of Health on issuing the "Rapid Quality Food Safety Testing Procedures";
Considering the evaluation opinions of the rapid quality food safety testing trials from the Preventive Health Centers of provinces/cities directly under the Central Government and the proposal of the Evaluation Council of the Rapid Quality Food Safety Testing Products Production Board in Vietnam on August 4, 2004;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Training Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Director of the Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection Bureau - Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is granted to apply on-site five rapid quality food safety testing trials (List attached).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The following officials are responsible for implementing this Decision: the Head of the Office, the Director of the Science and Training Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection Bureau, the Directors of Health Departments of provinces/cities directly under the Central Government, and the Heads of units directly under the Ministry of Health, and the Heads of health departments of relevant sectors.
