ABOLISHING CERTAIN LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH UNDER THE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Legal Documents on Laws and Regulations dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legal Documents on Laws and Regulations;
At the proposal of the Minister of Health;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision to abolish certain legal documents in the field of health under the authority to issue of the Prime Minister.
Article 1. Abolishing certain legal documents in the field of health under the authority to issue of the Prime Minister
Abolish five Decisions and six Directives of the Prime Minister in the field of health due to expiration of their legal validity as stipulated at point a, Clause 1, Article 143 of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legal Documents on Laws and Regulations, specifically as follows:
1. Decision No. 185/2002/QĐ-TTg dated February 19, 2002 of the Prime Minister approving the list of members concurrently serving on the Population, Family, and Children Committee.
2. Decision No. 09/2006/QĐ-TTg dated January 10, 2006 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Action Program of the Government to implement Resolution No. 47-NQ/TW dated March 22, 2005 of the Politburo on further implementation of population policies and family planning.
3. Decision No. 240/2006/QĐ-TTg dated October 25, 2006 of the Prime Minister implementing the voluntary health insurance regime for population, family, and children officers at commune, ward, and town levels.
4. Decision No. 151/2007/QĐ-TTg dated September 12, 2007 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on importing drugs not registered in Vietnam.
5. Decision No. 42/2013/QĐ-TTg dated July 15, 2013 of the Prime Minister regulating management of drugs for human use through non-commercial export and import, and amending and supplementing certain provisions of the regulations on importing drugs not registered in Vietnam issued together with Decision No. 151/2007/QĐ-TTg dated September 12, 2007 of the Prime Minister.
6. Directive No. 08/1999/CT-TTg dated April 15, 1999 of the Prime Minister enhancing work to ensure quality and food safety.
7. Directive No. 26/2004/CT-TTg dated July 5, 2004 of the Prime Minister on strengthening work to prevent and control dengue fever.
8. Directive No. 34/2005/CT-TTg dated October 15, 2005 of the Prime Minister focusing efforts to implement the Emergency Action Plan for Prevention and Control Measures when avian influenza A (H5N1) and human pandemic influenza occur.
9. Directive No. 29/2006/CT-TTg dated August 8, 2006 of the Prime Minister on strengthening work to prevent and control avian influenza and human influenza A (H5N1).
10. Directive No. 13/2007/CT-TTg dated June 6, 2007 of the Prime Minister on intensifying implementation of the Action Program of the Government to implement Resolution No. 47-NQ/TW.
11. Directive No. 23/2008/CT-TTg dated August 4, 2008 of the Prime Minister on continuing to strengthen population-family planning work.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Decision takes effect from September 20, 2018.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
