THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Education; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Education; Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending Point b Clause 13 Article 1 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Education;

Pursuant to Decree No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 of the Government on teaching and learning ethnic minority languages in general education institutions and continuing education centers;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Educational Infrastructure and School Equipment, Children's Toys, the Director of the Department of Ethnic Minority Education, and the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Ethnic Minority Languages in General Education Institutions.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Ethnic Minority Languages in General Education Institutions, including:

1. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for the Hmong Language Subject at Primary Level;

2. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for the Khmer Language Subject at Primary and Lower Secondary Levels;

3. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for the Bahnar Language Subject at Primary Level;

4. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for the Jrai Language Subject at Primary Level;

5. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for the Ede Language Subject at Primary Level;

6. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for the Cham Language Subject at Primary Level.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 16, 2015.

Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Ethnic Minority Languages in General Education Institutions attached to this Circular, the departments of education and training shall be responsible for directing the procurement, maintenance, and use of teaching equipment to serve the teaching and learning of ethnic minority languages in general education institutions, ensuring efficiency and avoiding waste.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Educational Infrastructure and School Equipment, Children's Toys, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director of the Department of Ethnic Minority Education, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Directors of the departments of education and training are responsible for implementing this Circular. /./
