Circular No. 38/2017/TT-BYT stipulates the list of infectious diseases and compulsory vaccines under the Expanded Immunization Program, as well as the scope and subjects required to use compulsory vaccines and medical products in epidemic areas or traveling to such areas. Article 3. Effectiveness
1. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2018.

Circular No. 26/2011/TT-BYT dated June 24, 2011, issued by the Minister of Health on the list of infectious diseases, the scope and subjects required to use compulsory vaccines and medical products shall cease to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, it is recommended to report to the Ministry of Health (Preventive Medicine Department) for consideration and resolution.
