CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING STATISTICAL INDICATORS

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 03/2010/NĐ-CP dated January 13, 2010 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organization of statistics for ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 43/2010/QĐ-TTg dated June 2, 2010 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the National Statistical Indicators System;
AFTER CONSIDERING THE REVIEW OPINION OF THE GENERAL STATISTICS CORPORATION (MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT) AT LETTER NO. 435/TCTK-PPCĐ DATED JULY 4, 2011 ON REVIEWING THE DRAFT CIRCULAR ISSUING THE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING STATISTICAL INDICATORS;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ATTACHES THE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING STATISTICAL INDICATORS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2011 AND REPLACE DECISION NO. 37/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT DATED NOVEMBER 12, 2007 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON ISSUING THE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING STATISTICAL INDICATORS.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE FINANCE AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF THE UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; THE MINISTER, HEADS OF THE MINISTRIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES, AGENCIES UNDER THE GOVERNMENT AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AT THE CENTRAL LEVEL WITH AFFILIATED UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES, VOCATIONAL COLLEGES; THE CHAIRMEN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES; THE PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES, AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
