RESOLUTION

TEstablishing the inspection team “Von the implementation of policies and laws

concerning management and use of state capital and assets N |||at enterprises and equitization

of state-owned enterprises enterprises N |||during the period of 2011 - 2016”

OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Law on Supervision Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils No. 87/2015/QH13;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 35/2017/QH14 dated June 12, 2017 of the National Assembly on the Inspection Program of the National Assembly in 2018;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 334/2017/UBTVQH14 dated January 11, 2017 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly promulgating the Regulation “On Organizing Certain Activities of Inspection by the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the National Ethnic Council, the Committees of the National Assembly, Delegations of the National Assembly Members, and National Assembly Members”;

RESOLUTION:

Article 1. Establishment of the Inspection Team

1. Establish the Inspection Team on “The Implementation of Policies and Laws Concerning Management and Use of State Capital and Assets at Enterprises and Equitization of State-Owned Enterprises During the Period of 2011 - 2016” and assign:

- Mr. Phùng Quốc Hiển, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, as Head of the Inspection Team;

- Mr. Vũ Hồng Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly, as Deputy Head of the Inspection Team;

- Mr. Nguyễn Đức Hải, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee of the National Assembly, as Deputy Head of the Inspection Team;

- Ms. Nguyễn Thanh Hải, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Head of the People's Petitions Board under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, as Deputy Head of the Inspection Team.

2. The composition of the Inspection Team and the Inspection Plan shall be issued together with this Resolution.

Article 2. Responsibilities, tasks, and authorities of the Inspection Team, relevant agencies, and individuals

1. The Head of the Inspection Team is responsible for organizing and directing the activities of the Inspection Team; proposing the list of members of the Inspection Team to be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for decision.

2. The responsibilities, tasks, and authorities of the Inspection Team shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 2, Article 16 of the Law on the Activities of Inspection by the National Assembly and People's Councils and other related legal provisions.

3. The Inspection Team is responsible for implementing the Inspection Plan; reporting the results of the inspection to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly at the meeting in April 2018; submitting the report on the results of the inspection for the National Assembly to conduct supreme supervision at the fifth session.

4. The Economic Committee of the National Assembly shall assist the Inspection Team with issues related to the content of the inspection.

5. The Secretary-General of the National Assembly, the Office of the National Assembly shall assist the Inspection Team with program and plan development, service provision, and organizational support for the activities of the Inspection Team.

6. Based on specific conditions of localities and requirements of the Inspection Team, Delegations of the National Assembly from provinces and centrally-administered cities shall organize inspections on the above specialized topics in their respective localities and submit reports on the results of the inspections to the Inspection Team.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Inspection Team, the National Ethnic Council, the Committees of the National Assembly, the Secretary-General of the National Assembly, the Boards under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Office of the National Assembly, Delegations of the National Assembly from provinces and centrally-administered cities, central and local agencies and organizations related to this Resolution shall be responsible for its implementation.

This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.

This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 14th term, third session, on June 21, 2017.
