DECISION

Temporarily suspending the effectiveness of Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026 issued by the Ministry of Commercial Affairs on traceability of food origin within the scope of management of the Ministry of Commercial Affairs

MINISTER OF COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS

Based on the Law on Issuing Normative Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;

Based on Decree No. 40/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2025 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commercial Affairs, amended and supplemented by Decree Nos.109/2025/NĐ-CPand Decree No.193/2025/NĐ-CP;

Based on Decision No. 15/2026/NQ-CP dated April 6, 2026 of the Government regarding suspension of the effectiveness of Decree No. 46/2026/NĐ-CP dated January 26, 2026 and Decision No. 66.13/2026/NQ-CP dated January 27, 2026 of the Government;

Considering the recommendation of the Director of the Industrial Department.

DECISION:

Article 1Temporarily suspending and adjusting the application period of Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026 issued by the Ministry of Commercial Affairs on traceability of food origin within the scope of management of the Ministry of Commercial Affairs until July 1, 2026.

Article 2. Entrusts the Industrial Department to study and develop a revised or substituted Circular for Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT in accordance with the simplified procedure prescribed by the law on issuing normative legal documents, report to the leadership of the Ministry for examination and decision-making in June 2026.

Article 3. Implementation

Paragraph 1. This Decision takes effect from April 15, 2026.

Paragraph 2. The Director of the General Department, the Director of the Industrial Department, heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
