AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO CERTAIN ARTICLES AND ANNEX OF THE NATIONAL STATISTICAL INDICATORS LIST OF THE STATISTICS LAW NUMBER 89/2015/QH13.
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
The National Assembly promulgates the Law on Mobile Police Amendments and supplements to certain articles and Annex of the National Statistical Indicators List of the Statistics Law Number 89/2015/QH13. Statistics Law Number 89/2015/QH13.
Article 1. Amendments and supplements to certain articles and Annex of the National Statistical Indicators List of the Statistics Law
1. Amend and supplement Clause 6 of Article 17 as follows:
"6. The Minister of Planning and Investment shall take the lead and coordinate with ministries, sectors, and localities to perform the following tasks:
a) Develop and submit to the Government for promulgation the contents of statistical indicators belonging to the national statistical indicator system and the process of compiling the gross domestic product, provincial gross regional product, and city-level gross regional product;
b) Guide, inspect the implementation situation, and report on the results of the national statistical indicator system;
c) Review the scale of gross domestic product every five years and report to the Government for submission to the National Assembly for consideration and decision regarding the re-evaluation of the scale of gross domestic product."
2. Amend and supplement Point d of Clause 2 of Article 48 as follows:
"d) The head of the provincial statistics agency shall publish statistical information belonging to the provincial statistical indicator system, district-level, and commune-level; for statistical information of provincial-level statistical indicators that are subcategories of national statistical indicators, they must be consistent with the central statistics agency in terms of expertise and business before publication."
3. Replace the Annex of the National Statistical Indicator List issued together with the Statistics Law Number 89/2015/QH13 with the Annex of the National Statistical Indicator List issued together with this Law.
Article 2. Implementation clause
1. This Law takes effect from January 1, 2022.
2. The national statistical survey program and the national reporting system serving the compilation of statistical indicators specified in the Annex of the National Statistical Indicator List issued together with the Statistics Law Number 89/2015/QH13 will continue to be implemented until December 31, 2022.
This Law was adopted at the <number> session of the XVth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 2 on the date 12 the 11 year 2021.
