Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW ON JUNE 14, 2005; THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW ON NOVEMBER 25, 2009;

At the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training;

THE GOVERNMENT ISSUES THE DECREES AMENDING POINT b CLAUSE 13 ARTICLE 1 OF THE DECREES NO. 31/2011/ND-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE DECREES NO. 75/2006/ND-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO DETAIL AND GUIDANCE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOME ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW,

Article 1. AMENDING POINT b CLAUSE 13 ARTICLE 1 OF THE DECREES NO. 31/2011/ND-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE DECREES NO. 75/2006/ND-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO DETAIL AND GUIDANCE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOME ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW AS FOLLOWS:

AMEND THE SEGMENT "THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS SHALL REGULATE SOCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR STUDENTS" TO "THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS SHALL TAKE THE LEAD IN COORDINATING WITH THE MINISTER OF FINANCE, THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND THE HEADS OF RELATED MINISTRIES AND SECTORS IN DEVELOPING AND SUBMITTING

Article 2. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.

Article 3. THIS DECREES SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 1, 2013.
