Approving the Implementation Plan for the Simplification of Administrative Procedures Project in Various State Management Fields for the 2007-2010 Period

Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 53/2007/NQ-CP dated November 7, 2007 of the Government promulgating the Action Program of the Government to implement the Resolution of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam's Tenth Tenure on accelerating administrative reform and enhancing the effectiveness of state management;

Pursuant to Decision No. 30/QĐ-TTg dated January 10, 2007 of the Prime Minister approving the Simplification of Administrative Procedures Project in Various State Management Fields for the 2007-2010 Period;

Considering the proposal of the Minister, Chairman of the Government Office,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approves the Implementation Plan for the Simplification of Administrative Procedures Project in Various State Management Fields for the 2007-2010 Period.

Article 2. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and provincial People's Committees under central cities shall adjust their implementation plans for the Simplification of Administrative Procedures Project in Various State Management Fields for the 2007-2010 Period to be consistent with this Plan.

Article 3. Cease the operation of the Steering Board of the Project and the Secretariat assisting the Steering Board as stipulated in Point 4, Section IV of the Simplification of Administrative Procedures Project in Various State Management Fields for the 2007-2010 Period approved together with Decision No. 30/QĐ-TTg dated January 10, 2007 of the Prime Minister.

Article 4. The Government Office shall urge and inspect ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and provincial People's Committees under central cities to implement this Plan.

Article 5. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Abolish previous provisions that conflict with this Decision.

The Minister, Chairman of the Government Office, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
