THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the Construction Law dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2005/ND-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on project management for construction works; and Decree No. 112/2006/ND-CP dated September 29, 2006 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 16/2005/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2005/TT-BXD dated April 15, 2005 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the method for establishing rental prices for construction equipment and machinery; and Circular No. 03/2006/TT-BXD dated May 22, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the supplementation of certain contents of Circulars No. 02/2005/TT-BXD, No. 04/2005/TT-BXD, and No. 06/2005/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Rental Price List for Construction Equipment and Machinery for Post and Telecommunication Projects is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Rental Price List for Construction Equipment and Machinery for Post and Telecommunication Projects serves as the basis for establishing unit prices for post and telecommunication construction projects; preparing project estimates; and managing costs related to construction equipment and machinery in post and telecommunication construction projects.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, investors of specialized post and telecommunication projects, and relevant units are responsible for implementing and enforcing this Decision.
