MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents issued together with Decision No. 02/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister.

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 80/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2006 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Environmental Protection Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Environmental Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment and the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6Attached hereto are the Regulations on the Organization and Operation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment Review Board and the Environmental Impact Assessment Review Board.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 04/2003/QĐ-BTNMT dated August 21, 2003 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the issuance of the Regulations on the Organization and Operation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Review Board.

Article 3.Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
