DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
ON ISSUING UNIT PRICES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
IN THE POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR
THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the Construction Law dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government on the Functions, Tasks, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on Management of Investment Construction Projects; and Decree No. 112/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2006 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 16/2005/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-BXD dated April 1, 2005 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the preparation and management of project investment construction costs; and Circular No. 03/2006/TT-BXD dated May 22, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the supplementation of certain contents of Circulars No. 02/2005/TT-BXD, No. 04/2005/TT-BXD, and No. 06/2005/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The unit prices for construction projects in the posts and telecommunications sector are hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. Basic unit prices for construction projects in the posts and telecommunications sector serve as the basis for preparing, reviewing, examining, and approving total estimates, estimates, tender plans, tender evaluations, and cost management for construction projects in the posts and telecommunications sector in cases of designated tenders.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 882/2001/QĐ-TCBĐ dated October 24, 2001 of the General Director of the General Post Office on issuing the set of basic unit prices for construction projects in the post office sector.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Department of Planning and Finance, the project sponsors in the posts and telecommunications sector, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing and enforcing this Decision./.
