Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

The attached Decision issues the Regulations on the system of acceptance forms for the volume of public telecommunications services and payment, settlement of support costs for providing public telecommunications services.
The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Planning and Finance Department, the Management Board of the Vietnam Public Telecommunications Service Fund, the Director of the Vietnam Public Telecommunications Service Fund, the Directors of Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Departments, the Boards of Directors, General Directors, Directors of enterprises providing public telecommunications services, and the Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Decision hereby promulgates regulations on the system of forms for acceptance of quantities of public telecommunications services and payment, settlement of support funds for provision of public telecommunications services.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, the Management Council of the Vietnam Universal Service Fund, the Director of the Vietnam Universal Service Fund, the Directors of Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Departments, the Board of Directors, the General Directors, the Directors of enterprises providing public telecommunications services, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
