On the basis of the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Issuance of Legal Normative Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuance of Legal Normative Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

On the basis of Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;

At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision to repeal certain regulatory legal documents of the Prime Minister.

Article 1. Abolish entirely certain legal normative documents of the Prime Minister

1. Circular No. 05/2000/TT-BXD dated June 27, 2000 of the Minister of Construction guiding the implementation of support for people participating in revolutionary activities before the August Revolution of 1945 to improve housing pursuant to Decision No. 20/2000/QĐ-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister.

Decision No. 118-TTg dated March 26, 1993 of the Prime Minister on purchasing specialized economic news from foreign news agencies.

Decision No. 595/TTg dated December 15, 1993 of the Prime Minister on the regime for military personnel and public security officers upon discharge.

Decision No. 113/2004/QĐ-TTg dated June 23, 2004 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decision No. 595/TTg dated December 15, 1993 of the Prime Minister on the regime for military personnel and public security officers upon discharge.

Article 2. Implementation clause

This Decision takes effect from December 1, 2021.

2. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and related agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
