Article 2. Prices for health quarantine and preventive health services at public health facilities8/1. The prices for health quarantine and preventive health services at public health facilities shall be applied according to the price levels specified in the list of health quarantine and preventive health services set forth in Appendix Maximum Price of Health Quarantine and Preventive Health Services issued together with Circular No. 240/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Minister of Finance on maximum prices for health quarantine and preventive health services at public health facilities.
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department;
2. Management of invoices for service provision and management of revenue from service provision shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2, Clause 3, Article 2 of Circular No. 240/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Minister of Finance on maximum prices for health quarantine and preventive health services at public health facilities.Units providing health quarantine and preventive health services using state funds at all levels shall implement specific prices when providing services as stipulated in this Circular, and publicly display prices in accordance with the laws on pricing.This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2017.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation
This Circular stipulates the prices for medical quarantine services and preventive healthcare services at public healthcare facilities funded by state budget.
Article 2. Prices for medical quarantine services and preventive healthcare services at public healthcare facilities
1. The prices for medical quarantine services and preventive healthcare services at public healthcare facilities shall be applied according to the price levels specified in the list of medical quarantine and preventive healthcare services as set out in Appendix Maximum Price List for Medical Quarantine and Preventive Healthcare Services accompanying Circular No. 240/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016, issued by the Minister of Finance on the maximum prices for medical quarantine and preventive healthcare services at public healthcare facilities.
2. Matters concerning the management of invoices for service provision, and the management of revenue from service provision shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2 and Clause 3, Article 2 of Circular No. 240/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016, issued by the Minister of Finance on the maximum prices for medical quarantine and preventive healthcare services at public healthcare facilities.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
Units providing medical quarantine services and preventive healthcare services funded by state budgets at all levels shall implement specific prices when providing services as prescribed in this Circular, and shall publicly display prices in accordance with the laws on pricing.
Article 4. Implementation provisions
This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2017.
During the implementation process, if any difficulties arise, please promptly report to the Ministry of Health (Department of Planning and Finance) for consideration and resolution./.
