CIRCULAR
Repealing Circular No. 117/2013/TT-BTC dated August 23, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance guiding financial mechanisms and disbursement for credit funds from the European Investment Bank for two pilot urban railway projects in Hanoi (Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station Section) and Ho Chi Minh City Metro Line 2, and Circular No. 105/2015/TT-BTC dated July 8, 2015 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 117/2013/TT-BTC guiding financial mechanisms and disbursement for credit funds from the European Investment Bank for two pilot urban railway projects in Hanoi (Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station Section) and Ho Chi Minh City Metro Line 2.
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures under the Law on Legislative Activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Debt Management and Foreign Financial Institutions;
The Minister of Finance promulgates this Circular to repeal certain Circulars issued by the Ministry of Finance as follows:
Article 1. Repeal Circular No. 117/2013/TT-BTC dated August 23, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance guiding financial mechanisms and disbursement for credit funds from the European Investment Bank for two pilot urban railway projects in Hanoi (Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station Section) and Ho Chi Minh City Metro Line 2, and Circular No. 105/2015/TT-BTC dated July 8, 2015 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 117/2013/TT-BTC guiding financial mechanisms and disbursement for credit funds from the European Investment Bank for two pilot urban railway projects in Hanoi (Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station Section) and Ho Chi Minh City Metro Line 2.
Article 2. Effective Date.
This Circular shall take effect from November 20, 2022./.
