CIRCULAR
Repealing certain regulatory legal documents
ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing mechanisms of the Law on Legislative Activities; and Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 3, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
The Minister of Home Affairs issues this Circular to repeal certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Home Affairs.
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;
1. Circular No. 832/TCCP-ĐP dated October 25, 1993 of the Minister-Chairman of the Organizational Cadre Department of the Government guiding the resolution of land disputes related to administrative boundaries at various levels in the implementation of Directive No. 364-CT dated November 6, 1991 of the Council of Ministers regarding the resolution of land disputes related to administrative boundaries of provinces, districts, and communes.
This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2026.
THE FOLLOWING ENTIRE LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS ARE HEREBY REVOKED:

Circular No. 252/TCCP.TC dated November 20, 1995 of the Minister-Chairman of the Organizational Cadre Department of the Government guiding the implementation of Directive No. 254 dated May 16, 1994 of the Prime Minister regarding support from all levels of government to enhance the effectiveness of activities of the Vietnam Red Cross.
