Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 46/2010/QH12 dated June 16, 2010;
BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS NO. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to DecreeNo. Decree No. 96/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 26, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;toState of Vietnam;
Upon the proposal of the Head of the Legal Department;
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issues this Circular on the abolition of certain regulatory legal documents issued byỏ certainNo. the Governor of the State Bank of VietnamNo.Abolishing 44 regulatory legal documents issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam during the period from January 1, 1997 to December 31, 2012 attached as an Appendix to this Circular.,
Article 1. This Circular takes effect from September 4, 2013.
Article 2. The Heads of the Office, Department Heads of the Legal Department, Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam, Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam Branches in provinces and centrally governed cities, Chairmen of Management Councils, Chairmen of Board Members, General Directors (Directors) of credit organizations, General Directors (Directors) of foreign bank branches are responsible for implementing this Circular.
