Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 12,June 2024;November 2012 of C- Government;"4. As of March 31, 2021, credit card issuers that issue cards with BINs issued by the State Bank of Vietnam must comply with the Domestic Chip Card Standard."onof the State Treasury;, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CP 1. This Circular hereby promulgates 18 Technical Inspection Procedures for machinery, equipment, and materials with strict requirements for labor safety under the management authority of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Technical Inspection Procedures). The names and codes of the Technical Inspection Procedures are listed in the Appendix to this Circular.
