Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization No. 63/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 78/2025/NĐ-CP of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents amended and supplemented by Decree No. 187/2025/NĐ-CP;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision to repeal certain regulatory legal documents of the Prime Minister.
Article 1. Repealing entirely certain regulatory legal documents of the Prime Minister
1. Decision No. 104/2000/QĐ-TTg dated August 25, 2000 of the Prime Minister approving the National Strategy on Clean Water Supply and Rural Sanitation until 2020.
2. Decision No. 63/2002/QĐ-TTg dated May 20, 2002 of the Prime Minister on flood, storm prevention, and disaster mitigation work.
3. Decision No. 132/2002/QĐ-TTg dated October 8, 2002 of the Prime Minister on resolving production land and residential land for ethnic minorities in place in the Central Highlands.
4. Decision No. 64/2003/QĐ-TTg dated April 22, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the "Plan to Completely Address Severe Polluting Facilities".
5. Decision No. 256/2003/QĐ-TTg dated December 2, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the National Environmental Protection Strategy until 2010 and orientation until 2020.

Article 2. Implementation Provisions
1. This Decision shall take effect from January 20, 2026.
