Repealing certain regulatory legal documents of the Prime Minister

On the basis of Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

On the basis of Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

On the basis of Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015;

On the basis of Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Decree No. Decision No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures Law on Legislative Decrees;

Decree No. Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. Decision No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures Law on Legislative Decrees;

At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision to repeal certain regulatory legal documents of the Prime Minister.

Article 1. Repeal certain regulatory legal documents of the Prime Minister

1. Circular No. 05/2000/TT-BXD dated June 27, 2000 of the Minister of Construction guiding the implementation of support for people participating in revolutionary activities before the August Revolution of 1945 to improve housing pursuant to Decision No. 20/2000/QĐ-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister.

1. Decision No. 41/1998/QĐ-TTg dated February 20, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the delegation of authority to issue investment permits for foreign direct investment projects.

2. Decision No. 239/1999/QĐ-TTg dated December 28, 1999 of the Prime Minister supplementing and amending Clause a of Article 1 of Decision No. 1121/1997/QĐ-TTg dated December 23, 1997 of the Prime Minister on scholarships and social allowances for students at public schools.

3. Decision No. 08/2000/QĐ-TTg dated January 17, 2000 of the Prime Minister on tax exemptions and reductions for business households affected by natural disasters, fires, or unexpected accidents.

4. Decision No. 139/2000/QĐ-TTg dated December 4, 2000 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulations on Honorary Consuls of Foreign Countries in Vietnam.

5. Decision No. 06/2003/QĐ-TTg dated January 9, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the Action Program of the Government to implement the Resolution of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Ninth Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam regarding education and training.

6. Decision No. 247/2003/QĐ-TTg dated November 19, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the rationed food allowance for officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers performing particularly arduous, dangerous, or heavy and dangerous tasks in the People's Public Security Forces.

11. Decision No. 82/2006/QĐ-TTg dated April 14, 2006 of the Prime Minister on adjusting the policy scholarship levels for ethnic minority students studying at boarding schools and preparatory universities as stipulated in Decision No. 194/2001/QĐ-TTg dated December 21, 2001 of the Prime Minister.

19. Decision No. 146/2007/QĐ-TTg dated September 4, 2007 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulations on Detecting and Handling Uncontrolled Sources of Nuclear Radiation.

20. Decision No. 45/2008/QĐ-TTg dated March 28, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the Planning for the Development of Performing Arts in Vietnam until 2010.

21. Decision No. 50/2009/QĐ-TTg dated April 3, 2009 of the Prime Minister promulgating the "Regulations on Managing the Software Industry Development Program and the Digital Content Industry Development Program".

22. Decision No. 62/2009/QĐ-TTg dated April 20, 2009 of the Prime Minister on Exempting Land Rent for Construction of Maintenance, Repair, and Parking Facilities for Public Passenger Transport Enterprises.

23. Decision No. 67/2010/QĐ-TTg dated October 29, 2010 of the Prime Minister on Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of Decision No. 167/2008/QĐ-TTg dated December 12, 2008 of the Prime Minister on Support Policies for Poor Households' Housing.

24. Decision No. 59/2015/QĐ-TTg dated November 19, 2015 of the Prime Minister on Issuing the Multidimensional Poverty Standard for the Period 2016-2020.

25. Decision No. 27/2019/QĐ-TTg dated September 9, 2019 of the Prime Minister on Credit for Workers in Poor Districts Going Abroad Under Contracts Until 2020.

26. Directive No. 35/2004/CT-TTg dated October 22, 2004 of the Prime Minister on Strengthening Management of Vietnamese Students Studying Abroad.

27. Directive No. 02/2006/CT-TTg dated January 23, 2006 of the Prime Minister on Enhancing Guidance and Effectively Implementing Fire Prevention and Control Work.

28. Directive No. 15/2008/CT-TTg dated May 2, 2008 of the Prime Minister on Conducting a Ten-Year Review of Detention and Pretrial Detention Work.

29. Directive No. 24/2008/CT-TTg dated August 8, 2008 of the Prime Minister on Strengthening Crime Prevention and Environmental Law Enforcement During the Integration Period.

30. Directive No. 32/2008/CT-TTg dated November 11, 2008, of the Government Chairman on the organization and implementation of the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Narcotics and Resolution No. 16/2008/QH12 of the National Assembly.

Article 2. Implementation clause

1. This Decision takes effect from December 12, 2022.

2. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
