THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents issued together with Decision No. 02/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister.
Pursuant to the Fees and Charges Ordinance dated August 28, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECREE:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 63/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 13, 2008 of the Government on environmental protection fees for mineral extraction as follows:
1. Clause 2 shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
"Article 2. The objects subject to environmental protection fees for mineral extraction under this Decree are: rock, feldspar, gravel, sand, soil, coal, natural mineral water, titanium sand (ilmenite), metallic minerals, apatite ore, crude oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other types of minerals."
Article 4. Export Tariff according to the list of taxable goods
"1. Crude oil: VND 100,000 per ton; natural gas, coal gas: VND 50 per cubic meter;"3- F is the amount of environmental protection fee payable in the reporting period;3.”
Point 10 of the Environmental Protection Fee Collection Table for Minerals prescribed in Clause 2, Article 4 is amended as follows:

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from December 1, 2009.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
