DECREE

Regarding the issuance

Regulation on Naming and Renaming Streets and Public Works

______________________

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information,

DECREE:

Article 1. This Decree promulgates the "Regulation on Naming and Renaming Streets and Public Works."

Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decree are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Minister of Culture and Information shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Regulation.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to ministries, Heads of government agencies, and Chairmen of provincial people's committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
