Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some provisions and measures to implement the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision to abolish entirely or partially certain legal normative documents of the Prime Minister.
Article 1. Abolish entirely certain legal normative documents of the Prime Minister
1. Decision No. 20/2000/QĐ-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister on supporting those who were active in revolutionary activities before the August Revolution of 1945 to improve their housing conditions.

Article 2. Repeal part of some regulatory legal documents of the Prime Minister.
1. Repeal Clause 2, Article 1, Clause 3, Article 3, Clause 2, Article 4 of Decision No. 210/1999/QĐ-TTg dated October 27, 1999 of the Prime Minister on certain policies for overseas Vietnamese.
2. Repeal part of Decision No. 114/2001/QĐ-TTg dated July 31, 2001 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing certain articles of Decision No. 210/1999/QĐ-TTg dated October 27, 1999 of the Prime Minister on certain policies for overseas Vietnamese as follows:
a) Repeal the content of the amendment and supplementation of Article 2 of Decision No. 210/1999/QĐ-TTg amended and supplemented at Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 114/2001/QĐ-TTg.
b) Repeal the content of the amendment and supplementation of Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 of Article 5 of Decision No. 210/1999/QĐ-TTg amended and supplemented at Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 114/2001/QĐ-TTg.
Article 3. Implementation Provisions
1. This Decision takes effect from December 21, 2023.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
