DECREE

ABOLISHING CERTAIN LEGAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT

On the basis of Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

On the basis of Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

On the basis of Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015;

At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;

The Government issues this Decree to abolish certain legal normative documents issued by the Government.

This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2026.

1. Circular No. 05/2000/TT-BXD dated June 27, 2000 of the Minister of Construction guiding the implementation of support for people participating in revolutionary activities before the August Revolution of 1945 to improve housing pursuant to Decision No. 20/2000/QĐ-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister.

1. Decision No. 243-CP dated June 28, 1979 of the Council of Ministers on the organizational structure and staffing of general education schools.

2. Decree No. 153-HĐBT dated November 20, 1984 of the Council of Ministers prescribing titles of People's Teacher and Distinguished Teacher.

3. Decree No. 52-HĐBT dated April 26, 1986 of the Council of Ministers on the awarding of titles of People's Teacher and Distinguished Teacher.

4. Decree No. 23-HĐBT dated January 24, 1991 of the Council of Ministers promulgating five regulations: medical examination and treatment with traditional medicine, preventive drugs and treatment; hygiene regulation; medical examination, treatment, and rehabilitation; state inspection on health.

5. Decree No. 136/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 17, 2007 of the Government on exit and entry of Vietnamese citizens.

6. Decree No. 94/2015/NĐ-CP dated October 16, 2015 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 136/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 17, 2007 on exit and entry of Vietnamese citizens.

Article 2. Implementation clause

This Decree takes effect from December 30, 2020.

The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, and Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
